Walking is an 'in-between' if you let it be. It can be a space between thought and action, a place to discover yourself, a bit of peace, a source of creativity, a moment of silence, a way to stimulate the brain. The simple act of walking means you are moving through something into something else and that movement 'between' has an arc, a boundary, a place between.
“Walking is a mode of making the world
as well as being in it.”
Rebecca Solnit, Wanderlust
